History
Easen International Co., Ltd. (EASEN) is a US-registered company, and is also registered in China, Australia and Hong Kong. EASEN's work is predominantly focused in China and has offices in Shanghai, Wuhan, Hefei, Inner Mongolia and Mongolia.
EASEN was established by local and international experts who specialize in consulting, engineering, investment and financial management services for environmental and infrastructure development (water, wastewater, solid waste, and environmental management, etc.) and related projects, including technical and financial due diligence during company mergers and acquisitions in the related above sectors.
Working on projects financed by bilateral funding agencies such as the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the United States Trade Development Agency (USTDA) and the European Union (EU), and in collaboration with many well-known multi-national consulting companies in China has imbued EASEN with very diverse international experience. Since its establishment, EASEN has accumulated broad experience in urban infrastructure and facilities development, project implementation, management strengthening, financial management strengthening, institutional strengthening, construction management, construction supervision mangement, design review, project technical strengthening, procurement strengthening capacity building and training programs. Throughout the years, EASEN has successfully completed many environmental and infrastructure development projects in China, Mongolia and Pakistan. Over 60% of the projects have been financed by international financial institutions such as the World Bank and the ADB and a great number of those projects are related to urban infrastructure and wastewater management.
Our humble beginnings in wastewater treatment, where the smallest elements can be most important, have left us engrained with bringing attention to detail and quality to each of our projects.
EASEN is a member of the International Fund for China''s Environment (IFCE) and EASEN's Shanghai office accommodates the headquarters of the IFCE within the region.
