FEBRUARY 9-12, 2010: After being awarded the contract for the Xinjiang Municipal Infrastructure and Environmental Improvement Project under the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Loan No. 2420-PRC on January 8th of 2010, and having held a series of contract negotiation meetings during the week starting from February 9th to February 12th, Easen International Co., Ltd. eventually proceeded to sign the Consulting Services contract for a period of 5 years.
