13th Tripartite Environment Ministers Meeting in Busan, South Korea

On April 28th, 2011, Dr. Ping Zhuang, Managing Director of Easen International, was among the two representatives from Environmental Protection companies working in China invited to the 13th Tripartite Environment Ministers Meeting in Busan, South Korea.

Based on his experience in China and North-East Asia, Dr. Zhuang gave a presentation on “Environmental Protection Initiatives in Developing Countries” to the honorable guests who attended the meeting.

In the tripartite meeting, the Minister of Environmental Protection of China - Zhou Shengxian -, the Minister of Environment of South Korea - Lee Maanee -, and the Vice Minister of Environment of Japan - Kondo Shoichi -, presented each country’s key achievements in environmental protection in the last decade, and discussed environmental issues in the region and their overall opinions and objectives for the following 5 years regarding topics such as conservation of biodiversity and climate change.
