The forum is co-organized by the Ministry of Environmental Protection of China and the People‘s Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China, and supported by the ASEAN Secretariat.
The ASEAN-China Environmental Cooperation Forum, focusing on innovation for green development, is the thematic forum of the 8th China-ASEAN Expo. It intends to become a high level policy dialogue and experience sharing platform, to provide an opportunity for policy makers, business leaders, experts and other stakeholders to explore the ways to promote and enhance environmental cooperation in the region. Around 200 delegates, officials, experts, business representatives, academics from China, ASEAN Member States, international organizations (ADB, UNEP, UNESCAP, etc) and third countries attended this forum. |
