Easen International Co., Ltd. signed a consulting service contract for the heavy metal pollution environmental treatment project in the Qingshuitang area of Zhuzhou in August 2017. The Zhuzhou Municipal Government attaches great importance to the pollution problem in the Qingshuitang Industrial Zone and established Zhuzhou Circular Economy Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd. in 2009, specifically responsible for environmental governance and redevelopment of the Qingshuitang Industrial Zone. To thoroughly control the historical legacy pollution of Qingshui Pond, effectively improve the soil environment of Qingshui Pond, improve the water environment of Qingshui Pond and even the entire Zhuzhou City, and restore the ecological environment in the area; The government plans to implement the risk benchmark brownfield restoration work in the core industrial area of Qingshuitang through the strategy of utilizing World Bank loans and drawing on international technology. The smooth implementation of this project will introduce the best experience of international brown land restoration, promote the introduction of advanced technology and learn from the advanced management experience of the World Bank in other projects in Zhuzhou City, broaden the funding channels for environmental and ecological protection construction in Zhuzhou City, and form a demonstration role in the treatment of heavy metal pollution in other old industrial areas in China.
