Easen and Hubei Chengkang Future Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd., and Hubei Chengkang Future Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. formed a consortium and signed a contract with Yichang Construction Investment Health Industry Investment Co., Ltd. in November 2020 for the project management and capacity development consulting services of the Hubei Yichang Elderly Care Comprehensive Service Demonstration Project loaned by the Asian Development Bank.
To strengthen project management and capacity building, Hubei Yichang Comprehensive Elderly Care Demonstration Project Management and Capacity Building Consulting Services will hire qualified consultants to provide support to executing agencies (EA), implementing agencies (IA), and relevant project implementation entities (PIE) in order to achieve project implementation results. The target audience for this service is the Yichang Project Management Office, Yichang Construction Investment Group Health Industry Investment Co., Ltd. (JTKY, implementing agency), Yichang Second People's Hospital (SPH, implementing agency), Yiling District Social Welfare Institute (YSWI, implementing agency), Yidu Social Welfare Institute (YDSWI), Zigui County Chuyuan Investment Co., Ltd. (ZGCY, implementing agency), and Zhijiang Jinrunyuan Construction Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. (ZJJRY, implementing agency), representing the Yichang Municipal Government (YMG, implementing agency).
The total project cost is expected to be RMB 1.9317 billion, of which approximately USD 150 million will be provided by the Asian Development Bank. The project mainly includes six main contents: (1) community elderly care center; (2) Dementia Care Center; (3) Geriatric hospitals and nursing homes for the elderly; (4) Elderly care ICT platform; (5) Nursing and Management Vocational Training Center; (6) Institutional capacity building.
