The estimated total project cost ("total cost") is approximately 110 million euros. The loan amount from the German Bank for Reconstruction and Development (KfW) is 80 million euros. It will also improve urban and rural living conditions, which is an important factor for the further development of Tiandong County. The overall goal of this project will be achieved through the implementation of two sub projects: the urban drainage system renovation sub project and the rural sewage treatment sub project.
The main task of the consulting team is to support the project office, China Design Institute, and Window Company in the project preparation and implementation process, such as thoroughly reviewing the preliminary and detailed design, reviewing the contract and commercial parts of the bidding documents, assisting the project office, China Design Institute, and Window Company in the smooth execution of the contract (latest cost and financing table, payment schedule, guarantee of all relevant environmental and social protection measures, on-site inspection, quality inspection) .
