ADB LOAN 4224-PRC Strengthening Public Health Institutions Building Project-Fangchenggang International (ASEAN) Traditional Medicine Cooperation Center Subproject - Project management consulting services (FC-CS-01) Contract is made on the 12th day of the month of January, 2024, between, on the one hand, Fangchenggang Municipality Development and Reorm Committee and, on the other hand, a Joint Venture of Hubei Chengkang Future Certified Public Accountants Co.,Ltd. and Easen International Co.Ltd.
This project aims to enhance the medical capabilities of Fangchenggang City and Fangchenggang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, making it a center for cooperation in the prevention and control of emerging infectious diseases between Guangxi and neighboring ASEAN countries. According to the principle of prioritizing the public health functions of public hospitals, the project will effectively strengthen the public health functions of public hospitals in Fangchenggang City, maintain the public welfare of public hospitals, ensure the health and safety of residents, enhance the monitoring and early warning capabilities and prevention and disposal capabilities of public hospitals in the early stage of epidemic prevention and control, and effectively improve the ability of Fangchenggang City to respond to public health emergencies. The construction plan of this project includes: (i) strengthening department construction and improving medical service level; (ii) deepening medical institution construction and promoting two-way referral; (iii) building an academic platform for conducting horizontal clinical research; (iv) promoting medical education integration and strengthening talent team construction; (v) building an information system and establishing a regional network center.
