Under the guidance of Huicheng District Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Yisheng Environmental Technology Engineering (Huizhou) Co., Ltd., in partnership with the Institute of Agricultural Economics and Information, Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences, co‑establishes the Huizhou Academy of Agricultural Science and Resource Recycling to empower the "Hundred Counties, Thousand Towns, Ten Thousand Villages Project" and rural revitalization of Huizhou.
Focusing on prevention and control of agricultural non‑point source pollution, recycling of planting‑breeding wastes and improvement of cultivated land quality, the academy delivers think‑tank consultation for agricultural planning, transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and rural talent training. It strives to build innovation platforms at all levels.
Adopting an industry‑university‑research project‑based operation model, the enterprise provides premises and hardware while Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences contributes research expertise. Operating funds are raised through multiple channels. Application and official inauguration are scheduled for 2026‑2027. Pooling expert resources, the academy addresses technical bottlenecks of agriculture and advances coordinated high‑quality development of ecology and agricultural industries.
