World Bank Loan 7693-CN: Guizhou Cultural and Natural Heritage Protection and Development Project
EASEN signed for the World Bank (WB) Loan 7693-CN: Guizhou Cultural and Natural Heritage Protection and Development Project. The main focus of the project is the implementation support for community-based sustainable tourism, project management, and quality control as well as practical specific researches. The project development objective is to assist Guizhou Province in increasing economic benefits to local communities (including minority groups) through increased tourism and better protection of the region’s cultural and natural heritage. The consulting package covers 18 ethnic minority villages, 3 ancient towns, 2 national scenic areas, and 2 natural heritage sites in Guizhou Province.
