Financial Analysis of Shenyang Offshore Water Supply Plant

During the Project Appraisal phase, EASEN’s financial experts conducted the financial analysis for the Shenyang Offshore Economic Zone Water Supply Plant.

As part of this BOT Project appraisal, our experts assessed the potential growth of the plant’s operation, completed a financial forecast that included potential benefits for the investors and determined the sustainability of the project.

This project was implemented in October 2008.
