EASEN intends to take advantage of its rich experience and established networks in China to cooperate with local and international investors / funding organizations in order to develop, implement and operate water supply, wastewater treatment and solid waste facilities through concession schemes including BOT, BOO, BT and TOT. EASEN has been actively involved in these schemes and our experts have worked extensively to secure funding and investment from non-government organizations for BOT, BOO, BT, and TOT type projects. Our financing team can assist and facilitate the merging process for enterprises in the water supply and wastewaer treatment sectors.
Our team of financial analysits has the capabilities to establish and facilitate increasingly cost efficient Public Private Partnership (PPP)* schemes for enterprises within the public and private sectors. Furthermore, EASEN is in the position to assist private sector companies in obtaining the necessary concession permits through the implementation of PPP models.
EASEN is currently seeking win-win partnerships with investors and funding organizations looking to invest in projects in the Chinese market, and participate in an active project pipeline that has been developed and maintained by our team. * A Public Private Partnership (PPP) scheme is a partnership between organizations from the public and private sectors that seek to bring together the expertise and resources in order provide the best cost to benefit ratio. Through the PPP model, services can be attained at the most cost efficient basis rather than based on liability and ownership.
